Sufficient intake of folic acid is essential in particular in pregnancy when this substance play a role in a healthy growth, development of foetus, thereby preventing congenital defects in babies. The vitamin B complex effectively reduces the level of homocysteine.

Recommended dosage:: Adults 1-2 tablets per day, pregnant and breast-feeding women 2 tablets per day, children from 7 to 16 years 1 tablet per 2 days.
