Foreign scientific studies have shown that many people’s diet contains sometimes only half the recommended daily allowance of magnesium and folic acid. About 50 percent of adult women and more than 70 percent of adolescent girls have less calcium in their diet compared to the recommended doses. The content of vitamin C and B6, as well as iron and zinc, in their regular diet is apparently smaller than it should be.
